Kanye West has had a busy couple of months and it’s had nothing to do with actual work. While the public was captivated by the rapper’s proposal to Kim Kardashian at AT&T Park in San Francisco, they didn’t realize ticket holders to Kanye’s ‘Yeezus’ Tour were about to miss out on the show they’ve been waiting for for over a year. (We do believe they at least got their money back) Kanye decided to reschedule shows in his hometown of Chicago, as well as Detroit and Toronto, but he’s canceled shows in Vancouver, Columbus, Denver, Minneapolis and St. Louis due to logistics.
The tour is scheduled to resume on November 16th in the city of Brotherly Love, Philadelphia. For those of you who remember Kanye’s tour opened last month in Seattle, but was derailed when a large LED screen was damaged in a traffic accident on the way to Vancouver. There are twenty-three dates remaining left in the tour that will include Kendrick Lamar who will open for Kanye. We’re still not convinced Kanye, with all his money and resources, needed to derail his tour, but what do we know.
